London College of Business Studies Demonstrates Successful University Partnership Through New Undergraduate Programme Delivery
Ilford, London, Monday 19th January 2026, London College of Business Studies (LCBS) today welcomes students to two undergraduate honours degree programmes delivered in partnership with the University of Wolverhampton, marking an important milestone in LCBS’s development as a capable and trusted higher education delivery partner within the London market.
The programmes: BSc (Hons) Construction Management with Foundation Year and BSc (Hons) Health and Social Care with Foundation Year, have commenced at LCBS’s Ilford campus and are delivered under a formal franchise arrangement, aligned with the academic regulations, quality assurance processes and assessment frameworks of the University of Wolverhampton.
Designed to widen access while maintaining rigorous academic standards, both degrees include a foundation year that supports students in developing core academic, digital and professional skills, enabling progression to honours-level study and strong graduate outcomes. This delivery model reflects LCBS’s ability to combine structured academic governance with student-centred provision that is responsive to local and regional skills needs.
The BSc (Hons) Construction Management with Foundation Year supports progression into careers across construction and the built environment, combining academic study with applied learning aligned to contemporary industry practice.
The BSc (Hons) Health and Social Care with Foundation Year provides a clear pathway into health and social care professions, with a focus on ethical practice, inclusivity and person-centred service delivery.
Mr Mansoor Saad, Chairman of London College of Business Studies, said:
“Over the past two decades, LCBS has evolved from a specialist provider into a mature higher education institution capable of supporting regulated degree delivery in partnership with established universities. Our journey has been shaped not only by a commitment to quality and student success, but by a deep understanding of the diverse, multicultural communities we serve across London. This connection continues to inform how we design inclusive pathways, support progression and build partnerships that create genuine opportunity.”
Mr Lakbir Singh, Strategic Adviser for Commercial Partnerships at London College of Business Studies, added:
“The successful launch of these programmes demonstrates LCBS’s capability to deliver university-awarded degrees within a robust academic governance framework. Our partnership with the University of Wolverhampton reflects a shared commitment to quality, access and sustainable growth, and illustrates how collaborative delivery models can effectively expand opportunity while protecting academic integrity.”
The commencement of these programmes further strengthens LCBS’s position as a London-based delivery partner with the governance, academic culture and operational maturity to support universities seeking to broaden access, extend reach and deliver high-quality provision to diverse student communities.
